Refund Policy

1. Vehicle Maintenance Services

At Prestige Mobile Mechanics, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy for vehicle maintenance services is designed to offer flexibility while also ensuring that we can manage our scheduling and resources effectively.

  • 72 Hours Notice: Clients may cancel or reschedule their vehicle maintenance service up to 72 hours before the scheduled service time with no penalty or charge.

  • Less Than 72 Hours Notice: For cancellations or rescheduling made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service time, a fee of $35 will be applied. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the last-minute changes to our scheduling.

  • Refunds: If you have prepaid for any vehicle maintenance service that is canceled, you will receive a full refund, minus the $35 fee if the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service time.

2. Apparel and Merchandise Returns

Prestige Mobile Mechanics strives to provide high-quality apparel and merchandise to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is as follows:

  • Apparel: Apparel items may be returned for a full refund or exchange provided they are unworn, in the original condition, and with all tags attached. Returns must be made within 20 days of purchase.

  • Merchandise: Non-apparel merchandise items may be returned for a full refund or exchange provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Returns must be made within 20 days of purchase.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent).

3. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: custom-made items, personalized items, and sale items. These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless there are defects in materials or workmanship.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days after we receive the returned item(s). Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

5. Changes to This Policy

Prestige Mobile Mechanics reserves the right to update or modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes signifies your acceptance of these changes.
